Reporting Capabilities
Consistent communication with clients is essential to the success of any project. Motivational Marketing's standard operating procedure calls for every department and each staff member to adhere to a strict set of communication criteria and reporting mechanisms - both internally developed and customized to the individual program/client needs.
Our standard reporting process includes:
- Daily Sales/Lead/
Contact Profile Information
emailed in an easy to read Word document lead sheet and/or an ASCII file format (i.e., Excel, Text, Access, etc.) compatible with our client's database.
- Detailed Weekly Progress Reports
that include all of the information relating to the previous week's productivity and results (i.e., hours, dials, contacts and final dispositions).
- A Lead Summary & Tracking Report
is typically generated on a monthly basis or at project conclusion. This report is a summary of leads produced for that period and enables our clients to measure their ROI and follow up sales progress.
- Customized reports
